Polyurethane Sieve Plate

Large screens are expensive. Replacing the whole screen every time a small section wears out is wasteful. Our Polyurethane Sieve Plate solves this problem. Each plate is a standard independent module, commonly sized from 300×300 mm to 1000×1000 mm. Plates are assembled into a full screen using rails, buckles, or bolts. When one area wears out, only that plate needs replacement, reducing spare part costs by 60%–70%. Suitable for large circular screens, linear screens, and banana screens. Screening range: 0.5 mm–100 mm. You can mix plates with different hole sizes on the same screen to create a multi-stage grading design.

Made from pure polyurethane (PU), hardness: 75A–95A (ASTM D2240). Abrasion loss: ≤35 mm³ (DIN 53516). Temperature range: -35 °C to 100 °C. Manufactured using precision modular molds. Outer dimension tolerance: ±0.5 mm. Thickness tolerance: ±0.3 mm. Hole shapes: round, square, or slots; size range: 0.5 mm–100 mm. Open area: 28%–40%. Each plate features mounting slots or bolt holes along the edges to fit various rails and screen frames. Every batch passes an assembly test; any two plates connect with a gap under 0.5 mm.
