Polyurethane Vibrating Screen

High-frequency vibrating screens require screens that can withstand extreme speeds. Our Polyurethane Vibrating Screen is the core component of the vibrating screen, optimized for high-frequency operation. The screen surface has precise rigidity to prevent undesired resonance, and hole edges are rounded to reduce stress concentration. Suitable for frequencies from 1,500 to 3,600 cycles per minute with amplitudes of 1 to 8 mm. Compatible with high-frequency, linear, and circular screens. Screening range: 0.2 mm to 40 mm. Stable operation under vibration forces up to 8G.

Made from dynamic fatigue-grade polyurethane (PU) with anti-fatigue and anti-aging additives. Hardness: 88A–95A (ASTM D2240). Abrasion loss ≤34 mm³ (DIN 53516). Temperature range: -35 °C to 100 °C. Using finite element analysis, the mold design varies screen thickness based on stress distribution, with high-stress areas 20%–30% thicker. Holes can be round, square, or slotted, sized 0.2 mm to 40 mm. Open area: 28%–38%. Each batch passes a 20 million cycle high-frequency bench test (25 Hz, 3 mm amplitude) with no cracks or fatigue failure.
