Poly Screen Panels

A standard metal screen wastes many fine particles. Our Poly Screen Panels solve this problem. They are designed for high-frequency vibrating screens and work well in mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction industries. The screening range is 0.045 mm to 3.0 mm. We have extensive experience with hard-to-screen fine materials such as iron ore, coal powder, and quartz sand. Our tests show that Poly Screen Panels provide 20–30% higher efficiency. In addition, blocking is reduced by over 60%, which means less cleaning and more running time.

We use 100% imported polyurethane (PU), which resists acids, alkalis, oil, and seawater. It meets the DIN 53516 standard with an abrasion loss of ≤35 mm³. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 100℃. Each screen is made using liquid casting molding, achieving hole precision of ±0.005 mm. The holes are cone-shaped, smaller at the top and larger at the bottom, with a cone angle of 17°–28°. The perforation rate can reach up to 40%. Our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
