Polyurethane Aggregate Screens

Sand and gravel are tough on screens-sharp particles wear them down quickly. Our Polyurethane Aggregate Screens are specifically designed for this challenge. Optimized for high abrasion resistance, they also minimize blocking in wet sand applications. Suitable for both circular and linear screens, they cover a screening range of 0.5 mm to 50 mm, including coarse, medium, fine sand, and gravel sizing. Compared to standard PU screens, these aggregate screens last 25%–35% longer, performing exceptionally well with high-abrasion manufactured sand containing over 70% SiO₂.

Made from sand-grade high-wear polyurethane (PU) with nano-ceramic wear fillers, these screens provide superior durability. Hardness: 80A–95A (ASTM D2240). Abrasion loss: ≤28 mm³ (DIN 53516), significantly better than regular PU. Temperature range: -35 °C to 100 °C. Resistant to water and alkalis. Each hole is precision-molded with a smooth interior, reducing cutting and wear from particles. Hole shapes: square or round; size range: 0.5 mm–40 mm. Open area: 30%–40%. Screen thickness: 8 mm–15 mm. Back surface features drainage grooves for water and sand. Every batch undergoes an 8-hour simulated sand abrasion test with quartz sand-weight loss under 0.5%.
