Screen Down to 0.1 mm with High Precision

 

Metal screens cannot handle fine powders effectively-but our Polyurethane Fine Screen can. It is designed for mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction industries. The screening range is 0.1 mm to 5 mm. We use precision hole punching and a high-density design. The smallest hole is 0.1 mm, and the classification error is less than ±5%. In metal mines, this screen reduces over-grinding and can increase your concentrate grade by 1–3 percentage points-real value added to your operations.

Better Wear Resistance by 15%

 

Made from 100% pure polyurethane (PU), with hardness of 75A–95A (ASTM D2240), this screen provides both elasticity and surface stiffness. Abrasion loss is ≤30 mm³ (DIN 53516), which is 15% better than regular PU. We use CNC laser molds and high-temperature casting to ensure smooth hole walls, free of burrs. The open area is 28%–32%, providing good material flow without compromising strength. Every batch is inspected with a 100× magnifier to ensure no connected holes or misaligned positions.
