Polyweb Urethane Screens

Tungsten, tin, zircon sand, gold tailings… these ultra-fine minerals require special handling. Our Polyweb Urethane Screens are specifically designed for them. The screening range is 0.075 mm to 3 mm, and on a high-frequency screen, you can reach 0.075 mm (200 mesh). The classification efficiency exceeds 85%. We optimized the hole taper and surface elasticity, helping you recover more valuable resources. One machine can generate an additional several hundred thousand RMB per year. Industries such as mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction all benefit from this screen.

We use a German-formula polyurethane prepolymer and incorporate nano wear-resistant additives, resulting in an abrasion loss of ≤28 mm³ (DIN 53516)-far better than standard PU. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 100℃. Tested in saturated salt water for 48 hours, the screen shows excellent corrosion resistance. Production uses dual-component vacuum casting, forming the screen and support frame as one piece. Bond strength exceeds 6 MPa. The holes are trapezoidal and cone-shaped, smaller at the top and larger at the bottom, with a cone angle of 17°–28°. Every screen passes a 20-million-cycle high-frequency test before leaving the factory.
