Some materials are prone to blocking screens-long grains, irregular-shaped particles, or wet, sticky substances. Our Polyurethane Self-Cleaning Screens tackle this problem effectively. Each hole features a micro-elastic structure or tapered deformation zone. During vibration, every hole slightly expands and contracts, dislodging stuck particles. Ideal for long particles, irregular grains, or high-moisture materials. Blocking rate drops by over 75% compared to standard screens. Perfect for manufactured sand de-dusting, rice hull screening, plastic scrap separation, and wet tailings processing. Less manual cleaning required.

13°–23° Taper for Self-Release

 

Made with high-elasticity polyurethane (PU), hardness 75A–85A (ASTM D2240), softer than standard screens to allow more deformation. Abrasion loss ≤38 mm³ (DIN 53516). Temperature range: -30 °C to 100 °C. The holes are cone-shaped, smaller on top and larger at the bottom, with a cone angle of 13°–23°. Optional micro-elastic slots can be added around the holes. Hole shapes: round or hexagonal. Minimum hole size: 0.2 mm. Open area: 25%–32%. Every batch passes a blocking simulation test using a 10% moisture fine powder mixture for 72 hours, with blocked area under 3%.
