Polyurethane Modular Screen Panels

Materials with more than 10% moisture usually clog normal screens quickly, causing downtime. Our Polyurethane Modular Screen Panels use a stretch-relax motion technology. The screen surface stretches and relaxes periodically, which breaks the liquid bridges and adhesive layers that cause blockage. The result? A screening efficiency above 85% even with wet materials, and the time to blockage is 3 to 8 times longer than that of standard screens. These benefits apply to coal, mining, chemical, energy, and construction industries.

The base material is 100% pure polyurethane (PU), with a hardness of 78A–88A (ASTM D2240), making it more flexible than regular screens. Abrasion loss is ≤35 mm³ (DIN 53516), and the temperature range is -40℃ to 100℃. It resists acids, alkalis, and seawater. We use a composite molding process, embedding a fiber layer inside the screen to increase tear strength to over 90 kN/m (ISO 34-1). The holes have a special cone shape, larger at the entry and smaller at the exit. The smallest hole we can produce is 0.1 mm.
