Tensioned Polyurethane Screen

Small screens require fast changeovers. Our Tensioned Polyurethane Screen delivers quick installation for small vibrating screens, test screens, and mobile screening equipment. The screen features prefabricated tension hooks or tension cloth on all four sides. Pull it tight using the screen's tension plates or shafts - no bolts or clamps needed. Two people can replace a full screen in 5–10 minutes. Ideal for multi-product, small-batch production where particle size is frequently changed. Screening range is 0.5 mm to 100 mm. Fits small screens from 0.5 to 3 m².

Made from pure polyurethane (PU) with hardness 75A to 92A (ASTM D2240), providing sufficient elasticity for tension. Abrasion loss ≤38 mm³ (DIN 53516). Temperature range -35 °C to 100 °C. We use integral casting; the tension hooks or stainless-steel tension cloth are prefabricated and embedded in the PU screen. Hooks are available in galvanized or stainless steel, while the tension cloth is high-strength. Pull-off force exceeds 800 N. Holes can be square or round, ranging from 0.5 mm to 100 mm. Open area is 28% to 45%. Every batch passes a tension pull test: stretched to 110% of original length and held for 10 minutes with no hook pull-out or screen tearing.
