Polyurethane Ore Screens

Large ore blocks quickly destroy standard screens. Our Polyurethane Ore Screens are built for heavy-duty use. Designed for mining and coal operations, they withstand direct impacts from blocks up to 50 kg. Ideal for pre-screening before crushers, raw ore sizing, and waste rock separation. Screening range: 5 mm to 150 mm for coarse and medium sizes. Compatible with large circular screens and bar screens. Widely used in iron, copper, gold, and coal mines.

Made with mining-grade heavy polyurethane (PU), enhanced with wear-resistant fillers and anti-tear agents. Hardness: 75A–95A (ASTM D2240), the highest in our product line. Abrasion loss: ≤30 mm³ (DIN 53516), over 20% better than standard PU. Temperature range: -40 °C to 100 °C. The screen features a composite reinforced design with 2–3 layers of steel cords (3–6 mm diameter) embedded in PU. Thickness ranges from 15 mm to 50 mm. Back side includes longitudinal ribs for additional strength. Hole shapes: round or square; size range: 5 mm to 150 mm. Open area: 25%–40%. Every batch passes a drop ball test: a 10 kg steel ball dropped from 2 m shows no penetration or cracks.
