Polyurethane Woven Mesh

Traditional molded screens have limits on open area. Our Polyurethane Woven Mesh overcomes those limits by retaining the open-weave structure of wire mesh while upgrading the material. Instead of steel wire, we use high-strength polyurethane-coated threads. Screening range is 0.5 mm to 50 mm, and open area is 40% to 55%, 1.5–2 times higher than molded screens. Ideal for dry screening applications requiring high flow and low resistance, such as sand sizing, grain cleaning, and plastic pellet screening. Widely used in mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction industries.

We use high-strength polyurethane (PU) coated fibers or steel cores. Thread diameter ranges from 3 mm to 10 mm, with PU coating thickness of 5 mm to 20 mm. Finished mesh hardness is 80A–90A (ASTM D2240). Abrasion loss ≤40 mm³ (DIN 53516). Temperature range -30 °C to 100 °C. Production is in two steps: first, PU coating is extruded over the core thread; second, threads are woven on an automatic machine. Weaving knots are heat-fixed to prevent slipping. Holes are square, sized 0.5 mm to 50 mm, with ±0.1 mm tolerance. Each batch passes a 50,000-cycle bending test with no loose knots.
