Bolt Protection Cap

Bolts on vibrating machines have a tough life-they get wet, covered in slurry, and are prone to rust and seizing. Our Bolt Protection Cap shields the exposed bolt and nut, protecting threads from dust, water, slurry, and corrosion.
The cap also provides elastic pressure, helping prevent bolts from loosening under strong vibration. Made from PU instead of plastic or rubber, it offers 3–5 times better aging resistance and 2 times higher impact resistance. Ideal for outdoor, wet, corrosive, and high-vibration environments.

Crafted from weather-grade PU with UV and anti-aging agents, the cap is flexible and durable.

Precision injection molding ensures inside threads match standard bolts perfectly. Outside shapes include hexagon, round, or custom, and colors can be customized (common: yellow, orange, black). Every batch passes vibration loosening tests to ensure reliable protection.
