Screen Deck Clamp Strip

Clamp strips are small but crucial components. Our Screen Deck Clamp Strip ensures secure screen installation in mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction applications. The strip presses the screen edges evenly onto the frame, preventing movement, edge lifting, and material leakage. Compatible with pressed-edge and rail-mounted screens, it works with most mainstream screen brands. Made from polyurethane (PU) instead of rubber or metal, it delivers even clamping force and superior aging resistance-3 to 8 times longer than rubber, with a lifespan of 5,000 to 8,000 hours.

Manufactured from high-quality PU with anti-aging and anti-ozone additives, the strip has a hardness of 85A–98A (ASTM D2240), providing strong clamping force and elastic cushioning. Abrasion loss: ≤40 mm³ (DIN 53516). Operating temperature range: -40 °C to 100 °C. Accelerated aging test (168 h at 70 °C) showed performance loss under 10%. Precision extrusion molding ensures consistent cross-section shapes: rectangular, trapezoidal, round, or custom. Shape tolerance: ±0.2 mm. Lengths are fully customizable. The surface features anti-slip lines, yielding a friction coefficient above 0.6. Each batch passes a 50,000-cycle vibration loosening test.
