Polyurethane Screen Rail Supports

Rails form the foundation of screen installation. Our Polyurethane Screen Rail Supports mount on the machine's crossbeams, allowing screens or screen plates to connect via buckles, slots, or bolts. This ensures fast positioning and strong locking. The rail is the key interface between the screen and the machine-its precision directly affects screen flatness and vibration stability.
We use PU instead of metal, which buffers vibration and reduces wear, extending the life of both the screen and machine. Compatible with most mainstream screen brands, lifespan reaches 8,000–12,000 hours.

Made from pure PU or PU-coated steel core reinforcement, these rails are precision engineered in Yangzhou, China.

• Abrasion loss: ≤32 mm³ (DIN 53516)
• Temperature range: -35 °C to 115 °C
• Cross-section shapes: C-type, T-type, L-type, dovetail
• Shape precision: ±0.15 mm
• Standard length: 500–3,000 mm (can join for longer lengths)

The steel-coated type uses Q235B or 304 stainless steel cores, 6–12 mm in diameter, with bending strength >150 MPa. Every batch passes a fit test, ensuring the gap between rail and screen buckle is under 0.3 mm.
