Vertical Support Bar

Large screens handling heavy materials require strong support underneath. Our Vertical Support Bar installs under the screen and connects to the frame crossbeam. It holds the weight of both the screen and material, preventing sagging or collapse under high impacts. Essential for screens processing 50 mm to 200 mm blocks or over 2.5 meters wide. Available in PU-coated steel core and full polyurethane types-both provide excellent support while preventing metal-to-screen contact. Lifespan: 6,000–10,000 hours.

Manufactured from pure PU or PU-coated steel core, with PU hardness 85A–98A (ASTM D2240), abrasion loss ≤35 mm³ (DIN 53516), and operating temperature range -35 °C to 100 °C.
Cross-section shapes: rectangular, trapezoidal, or T-shaped. Height: 20–60 mm. Width: 30–80 mm.
For PU-coated steel core bars:

• Core material: Q235B or 304 stainless steel
• Core diameter: 8–16 mm
• Coating thickness: 3–8 mm
• Bending strength: >200 MPa

Manufactured by casting or extrusion molding with flatness error <1 mm/m. Every batch passes:

• Static pressure test: 500 kg/m, deformation <2 mm
• Vibration fatigue test: 1,000,000 cycles
