Flotation machines wear their parts quickly. Our Flotation Wear Parts are essential spares for flotation equipment, including impeller covers, stators, rotors, and wear liners. These parts contact slurry and bubbles directly, enduring high-speed rotation and corrosion.
We use PU instead of rubber or metal, giving 2–5 times longer wear life. PU also prevents metal contamination in the slurry, which helps improve concentrate grade. Fits mechanical stirring flotation machines, air-inflation flotation machines, and flotation columns. Widely used in coal preparation and mineral processing plants.
Smooth Surface for 8–12% Less Energy
Crafted from flotation-grade PU, optimized for both abrasion and chemical corrosion:
- Hardness: 85A–95A (ASTM D2240)
- Abrasion loss: ≤30 mm³ (DIN 53516)
- Temperature range: -35 °C to 100 °C
- pH range: 4–12
- Slurry resistance: acids, alkalis, oils, and solvents
- Weight loss in slurry test: <1.2%
Using fluid-dynamic mold design, the surface is very smooth and streamlined, reducing slurry flow resistance. Key areas have embedded metal frames for installation strength. Every batch passes a slurry abrasion simulation test: 40% sand concentration, 300 rpm, 100 hours.
