Wear Resistant Liner
4 to 8 Times Longer Life Than Steel Liners
Chutes, bins, hoppers, and pipe elbows endure heavy impact and abrasion. Our Wear Resistant Liner protects these surfaces by absorbing impact, friction, and corrosion, keeping the steel structure underneath intact. Compared to steel or rubber liners, PU liners are much lighter (density 1.2 g/cm³, one-sixth of steel) and reduce noise by 15–20 dB. Wear life is 4–8 times longer than steel. Suitable for ores, coal, sand, gravel, cement, and grains in mining, coal, chemical, energy, and building industries.

Made from high-wear polyurethane (PU) optimized for high-impact applications:
- Hardness: 90A–98A (ASTM D2240)
- Abrasion loss: ≤25 mm³ (DIN 53516)
- Operating temperature: -40 °C to 100 °C
- Resistant to acids, alkalis, and oils
Manufactured via modular casting. Standard sizes: 300×300 mm to 1000×1000 mm. Thickness: 15–50 mm. The back features mounting holes or embedded nuts for bolts. Surfaces can be smooth, patterned with raised dots, or diamond patterns to suit material types. Every batch undergoes a drop ball test: 5 kg steel ball from 1.5 m, with no surface cracks.
