Sand Washer Blade

Sand washing is tough on blades-they sit in water and sand all day. Our Sand Washer Blade is a core wear part for sand washing equipment. It pushes sand and water apart while moving sand forward, handling continuous abrasive flow. Compared to iron blades, our PU blades are 60% lighter and last 2–4 times longer. The soft PU surface also prevents scratching the washing tank. Compatible with spiral sand washers, wheel sand washers, and trough washers.

Made from high-performance wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) optimized for wet sand abrasion:

• Hardness: 85A–95A (ASTM D2240)
• Abrasion loss: ≤25 mm³ (DIN 53516)
• Operating temperature: -35 °C to 100 °C
• pH range: 8–11

Precision streamlined molds ensure a smooth working surface with no dead corners, reducing sticking and secondary wear. Blade thickness: 15–35 mm. Embedded steel plates or bolt sleeves on the back ensure perfect rotor fit. Every batch undergoes a 100-hour quartz sand slurry wear test with weight loss <0.8%.
