Polyurethane Screen Wedges

Wedges may be tiny, but without them, your screen can come loose. Our Polyurethane Screen Wedges are essential locking components for screens, used in clamp-style screens and some rail-mounted screens.

Hammer or bolt them in, and the angled surface presses the screen edge or clamp strip against the frame, locking everything tightly. Even under strong vibration, nothing moves.

Using PU instead of metal provides steady locking force while preventing hard damage to the screen or rail. Compatible with circular, linear, and high-frequency screens, each wedge lasts over 10,000 assembly cycles.

Made from high-elasticity PU, precision molded in Yangzhou, China, these wedges combine locking force with elastic cushioning.
