The Workhorse for Medium and Coarse Materials

Not every job requires a specialty screen. Sometimes, you just need a reliable, cost-effective workhorse. Our Urethane Screens fit that role perfectly. They work for both wet and dry screening and are compatible with most mainstream vibrating screens, including linear, circular, and high-frequency screens. Screening range: 0.1 mm to 150 mm. Ideal for ores, coal, sand, gravel, fertilizers, and plastic pellets. Service life is 4–8 times longer than carbon steel screens, making them a top choice for many production lines due to their excellent value.

Up to 45% Open Area for High Throughput

Made from 100% pure polyurethane (PU), these screens are produced using large-mold vulcanization for consistent size and flatness (error <1 mm per meter). You can choose square, round, or rectangular holes, ranging from 0.1 mm to 150 mm. Open area can reach up to 45%, which is high for a PU screen. Abrasion loss is ≤40 mm³ (DIN 53516). Operating temperature range: -30℃ to 100℃. Excellent corrosion resistance for most acids, alkalis, and oils. The screens pass a 100-hour vibration aging test with no cracks or deformation.
