Flexible Polyurethane Screen

Some materials are so sticky and wet that normal screens fail. Our Flexible Polyurethane Screen handles them with ease. Designed for mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction industries, the screen surface stretches 5–8 mm with the main frame. For materials with over 15% moisture-such as clay, tailings, and wet fly ash-this screen delivers excellent performance. Screening efficiency exceeds 80%, and time to blockage is 5 times longer than standard screens. Applications include power plant desulfurization, coal washing dewatering, and ceramic raw material screening.

We use a specially formulated flexible polyurethane (PU) with hardness of 70A–80A (ASTM D2240), the most flexible specification in our product line. Abrasion loss is ≤40 mm³ (DIN 53516). Operating temperature: -30℃ to 100℃.

A special stretch-relax mold is used for one-shot casting. Each hole has a stress relief groove to allow high stretch without breaking. Holes are mostly rectangular or diamond-shaped, with the smallest hole at 0.2 mm. Open area: 28–35%. Every batch passes a dynamic fatigue test: 10 Hz frequency, 6 mm stretch, 5 million cycles-no cracks or permanent deformation.
