Pu Screen

Standard screens crack under heavy impacts-but our PU Screen does not. Designed for high-impact, high-wear conditions, it is ideal for mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction industries. Screening range: 0.1 mm to 80 mm. Use it for pre-screening before crushers, raw coal sizing, and ore pre-screening. This reinforced version can withstand direct hits from blocks up to 20 kg each. For 24/7 operations, this translates into fewer screen changes and over 60 hours of downtime saved per year.

Made from 100% pure polyurethane (PU) with extra crosslinking density, this screen has a hardness of 80A–95A (ASTM D2240), higher than standard products. Abrasion loss is ≤38 mm³ (DIN 53516). Operating temperature: -35℃ to 115℃.
The screen surface is thicker, 20–30% more than normal screens. A high-strength steel cord or nylon layer reinforces the back. Holes are round or square, size range 0.1–80 mm. Open area: 26–45%. Every batch passes a drop ball test: a 2 kg steel ball dropped from 1.5 m shows no cracks or breaks.
