Hose Seal Ring

Seals are small but critical. A failed seal can cause major downtime. Our Hose Seal Ring is designed for vibrating screens, flotation machines, and pumps. It installs on flanges, shaft holes, and end covers to prevent dust, water, slurry, and oil leaks. Compared to NBR rubber seals, PU seals offer 3–5 times longer wear life and 2× higher tear strength. The maximum working pressure reaches 10 MPa. It performs reliably under vibration, high pressure, and corrosive conditions.

Made from high-rebound polyurethane (PU) with anti-hydrolysis and anti-ozone agents:

• Hardness: 80A–95A (ASTM D2240), selectable per application
• Abrasion loss: ≤30 mm³ (DIN 53516)
• Operating temperature: -35 °C to 100 °C
• Tensile strength: >30 MPa
• Tear strength: >90 kN/m (ISO 34-1)

Manufactured via precision injection or casting with size tolerance ±0.05 mm. Cross-section shapes include O-ring, rectangular, V-ring, U-ring, X-ring, and custom shapes. Every batch undergoes 100% dimensional inspection and a pressure test: 1.5× working pressure for 30 minutes with zero leaks.
