Polyurethane Tension Screen

Some applications require perfect separation. Any leakage can compromise product purity. Our Polyurethane Tension Screen delivers zero bypass. Each module slides into dovetail or T-slots on the screen support beam. Modules join with no gap, under 0.3 mm, preventing fine particles from leaking through the joints. This keeps your underflow pure. Ideal for fine chemical powders, food-grade materials, and precious metal recovery. Screening range is 0.1 mm to 80 mm. Also used in mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction industries.

We use pure polyurethane (PU) with hardness from 80A to 92A (ASTM D2240). Abrasion loss is ≤33 mm³ (DIN 53516). Temperature range is -40 °C to 100 °C. High-precision CNC molds are used for casting. The inserted parts have a tolerance of ±0.1 mm. Holes can be very fine, round or square, with the smallest at 0.1 mm. Open area is 25% to 40%. Every batch is fully checked with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to ensure perfect fit with the screen support.
