Rail Mounted PU Screen

Downtime is expensive. Our Rail Mounted PU Screen significantly reduces it. This product is designed for customers who want the best operational efficiency. It works in mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction industries. Standard modules slide onto a dedicated rail base - no bolts, no welding. Change one module in 3 to 5 minutes, and a whole screen in under 30 minutes. It fits high-frequency screens, linear screens, and circular screens. Screening range is 0.1 mm to 50 mm, perfect for multi-product lines where you frequently change screen specifications.

We use pure polyurethane (PU) with surface hardness ranging from 75A to 92A (ASTM D2240). The rail contact area has a wear-resistant reinforced layer. Abrasion loss is ≤35 mm³ (DIN 53516). Temperature range is -40 °C to 100 °C. Our manufacturing process involves two steps: first, we cast the PU screen; second, we machine the buckle groove precisely. The gap between the groove and the rail is under 0.3 mm. Holes can be square or round. Size range is 0.1 mm to 50 mm. Open area is 30% to 38%. Every set undergoes 100 assembly and removal tests before shipping. Buckles do not break or loosen.
