This product features a special directional flip-flow design. The screen surface has stepped or wave-shaped profiles at specific angles. As material moves along the screen, it flips, loosens, and rearranges, giving fine particles more opportunities to contact the screen surface. This design is ideal for raw coal sizing, clean coal dewatering, and coal slurry recovery. Screening range is 0.5 mm to 50 mm. Throughput is 20% to 35% higher than flat screens, especially effective for 0.5 mm to 6 mm fine coal. Mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction industries all use it.

Made for Coal's Acidic Environment

 

We use coal-grade special polyurethane (PU) formulated for coal's acidic and abrasive conditions. Hardness is 75A to 94A (ASTM D2240). Abrasion loss is ≤35 mm³ (DIN 53516). Temperature range is -35 °C to 100 °C. Specialized molds ensure precise step height and angle, with tolerance ±0.5 mm. Holes can be round, square, or slots, sized 0.5 mm to 50 mm. Open area is 28% to 40%. Every batch passes a coal-simulated wear test to ensure long service life in coal slurry environments.
