Square holes are not always ideal. Sometimes slots work better. Our Polyurethane Screen Panels for Mining use long parallel slots instead of round or square holes. Slot width ranges from 0.1 mm to 10 mm with high precision. These panels are suitable for dewatering, media recovery, and precise grading. They are perfect for heavy medium recovery in mineral processing, tailings dewatering, and sand washing. On a high-frequency screen, dewatering efficiency exceeds 85%, and media recovery rate increases by 5–8 percentage points, significantly reducing production costs.

We use pure polyurethane (PU) with hardness from 80A to 96A (ASTM D2240), ensuring durable slot edges that do not widen over time. Abrasion loss is ≤32 mm³ (DIN 53516). Temperature range is -40 °C to 100 °C. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and seawater. High-precision molds are used for casting, with slot width tolerance of ±0.03 mm and slot parallelism error under 0.2 mm per meter. Longitudinal reinforcing ribs at the back prevent slot deformation. Open area based on water flow is 15% to 25%. Every batch undergoes a slot pass-through test to ensure all slots are clear and free of blockages.
