Dewatering Screen Panels

Large screens require strong panels. Our Dewatering Screen Panels are designed for them. They are used in mining, coal, chemical, energy, and construction industries. Unlike buckle-type screens, these panels use a semi-circular head clamping rail structure. Both sides of the panel have semi-circular head rails, which are locked down by external bars or wedges. This provides high installation stability while remaining easy to remove. Perfect for screens wider than 3 meters with excitation force over 8 G. Screening range is 0.1 mm to 80 mm. Panels withstand single impacts up to 30 kg without damage.

We use pure polyurethane (PU) with hardness from 75A to 92A (ASTM D2240), providing strong support. Abrasion loss is ≤36 mm³ (DIN 53516). Temperature range is -35 °C to 100 °C. Steel or stainless steel semi-circular head parts are embedded and cast together with the PU. Height precision of the semi-circular head is ±0.2 mm, ensuring a tight fit with the screen frame. Holes are mostly square or rectangular, with size range from 1 mm to 80 mm. Open area is 30% to 36%. The product passes a 300-hour heavy-load vibration test with no rail pull-out or surface cracks.
