Steel or stainless steel half-round rails are embedded directly into the mesh during the casting process. When secured with retaining strips, the lateral displacement is limited to ≤0.5 mm, helping the screen remain tight and flat even under extreme G-forces. This significantly reduces the risk of flapping and impact-related damage that can occur with conventional modular screen panels under high-frequency vibration.
