This Pu Screen is 20% to 30% thicker than standard market versions and features an integrated high-strength steel wire or nylon reinforcement layer. For 24-hour mining operations, switching to our reinforced Pu Screen can save over 60 hours of downtime annually by extending the interval between replacements.

We ensure that every batch of Pu Screen undergoes a rigorous ball-drop test (2kg steel ball from 1.5m) to guarantee impact resistance. The material maintains its rigidity up to 115°C, preventing the softening and deformation that often leads to oversized particles passing through the mesh. With a tear strength of ≥85kN/m, it is nearly impossible to rip under normal working conditions. This is the ideal "heavy armor" for your pre-crushing screening or raw ore classification, where uptime is directly tied to your bottom line.
