Installation Of Polyurethane Circular Vibrating Screen Mesh

Before installing a polyurethane circular vibrating screen mesh, inspect both the mesh and the screen machine frame to ensure they are intact, and verify that the mesh dimensions correspond to the specific screen machine model. Clear away any debris from the surface of the screen frame and the mesh support areas to prevent foreign objects from compromising the flatness of the mesh installation. Simultaneously, check the mesh for cracks, clogged apertures, or surface defects; if any issues are detected, repair or replace the mesh immediately. Prior to installation, it is advisable to measure the mesh thickness and aperture size to confirm they meet the specific material screening requirements.

Gently place the polyurethane circular vibrating screen mesh onto the screen machine frame, aligning it with the designated positioning holes or mounting slots.
Use the appropriate fastening devices to secure the mesh uniformly, ensuring that force is applied evenly to prevent localized over-tightening or looseness.
For multi-layer or modular screen systems, install the bottom layer first, followed by the upper modules layer by layer, ensuring that the mesh joints are flush and the slot apertures are properly aligned.

Upon completion of the installation, perform a no-load test run to observe whether the mesh remains stable under circular vibration, checking for any signs of wobbling, lifting, or abnormal vibration.

During the installation process, avoid using sharp tools that could scratch the mesh surface, thereby preventing damage to the screen apertures. During the no-load test run, adjust the vibration frequency, amplitude, and screen deck inclination angle to ensure the mesh vibration trajectory aligns with that of the screen machine, thereby guaranteeing uniform material distribution and efficient screening performance.
