Transport Requirements For Polyurethane Circular Vibrating Screen Meshes

Polyurethane circular vibrating screen panels should be transported using protective packaging to prevent external impact or compression during handling and transit. Typically, packaging consists of plastic film, foam padding, or wooden crates to ensure that the screen surface and slot apertures remain free from scratches or deformation. For large or modular screen panels, individual modules may be packaged separately, with cushioning materials inserted between packages to prevent mutual collision. The packaging should clearly indicate the screen model, quantity, and "Handle with Care" instructions to facilitate proper handling by personnel.

When transporting polyurethane circular vibrating screen panels, a stable mode of transport with minimal vibration-such as a truck, shipping container, or palletized shipment-should be selected. The screen panels should be positioned either flat or upright; depending on their size and weight, they should be secured using straps, mounting frames, or support braces to prevent sliding, collision, or compression during transit.

During the unloading process, the panels should be handled with care; the use of sharp tools or hard objects that could make direct contact with the screen surface must be avoided. Upon unpacking, the screen panels should be inspected for any cracks, deformation, or clogged slots; if any issues are detected, they should be documented immediately and reported to the carrier for resolution. Prior to installation, the screen panels should be cleaned to ensure a clean surface and unobstructed slots; additionally, the dimensions of the screen panels should be verified against the screening machine to ensure a smooth and successful installation following transport.
